Frosted
Glass Film
Privacy where you need it, daylight everywhere else. Etched-look film for conference rooms, offices and storefronts — cut to your dimensions and, if you want it, to your logo.
What It Is
Privacy without losing the light.
Frosted film gives glass the look of acid-etched or sandblasted glass at a fraction of the cost, and without replacing a single pane. It scatters the view without blocking the daylight, so a conference room stops being a fishbowl and the room behind it stays bright.
It goes on the glass you already have. No downtime waiting on a glazier, no structural work, and it comes off cleanly years later if the space changes — which is why it suits leased offices as well as buildings you own.
We measure, plot and cut every piece in house, then install it on site. The same team that cuts vehicle graphics all day cuts these, which is the reason the edges land straight and the seams sit where they should.
Applications
Where frosted film earns its keep
Conference rooms
A band at seated eye height gives the room privacy while the glass above and below keeps the floor feeling open.
Private offices
Full-height or partial frosting for HR, finance and anywhere a conversation should not be readable from the corridor.
Entry doors & storefronts
Frosted glass with your name or mark cut out of it — the first thing a customer sees, and it works from both sides.
Clinics & treatment rooms
Patient privacy on interior glass without shutting rooms off from the light they were designed around.
Reception & wayfinding
Room numbers, department names and directional marks cut straight into the frost instead of screwed to the wall.
Homes
Bathrooms, sidelights, stairwells and shower screens — obscured glass without the cost of replacing it.
Custom Cut
Your logo, cut out of the frost.
The frosted band does the privacy work. Cutting your mark out of it turns the same piece of glass into branding — clear glass reading as the logo, frost reading as the background.

How It Goes On
Measured, plotted, installed.
Measure & mock up
We measure every panel on site and mock the band height and any artwork against your actual glass, so you approve a layout rather than a guess.
Cut in house
Film is plotted on the same wide-format cutter we run vehicle graphics on, then weeded by hand. Logos are cut straight from your artwork, not traced by eye.
Install & level
Glass is cleaned, the film is set wet and squeegeed out, and every run is laser-levelled so the band carries straight across doors and partitions.

Common Questions
Frosted glass film FAQ
Can you still see through frosted film?
No — that is the point. Frosted film scatters light rather than blocking it, so shapes and movement read as soft blur while the room stays bright. It obscures the view in both directions, day and night.
Will it damage the glass when it comes off?
No. It is applied with an adhesive designed to release, so it peels off cleanly and leaves the glass as it was. That is why it works so well in leased offices.
Can you cut our logo into it?
Yes. Send vector artwork and we plot it straight from your file. If all you have is a printed copy or a low-resolution image, our design team redraws it first so the cut edges stay sharp at full size.
Does frosted film block heat and UV as well?
Frosted film is chosen for privacy and appearance rather than heat rejection. If cutting heat and glare is the goal, that is what our window tint films are for — and the two are often specified together on the same building.
How long does it last?
Interior frosted film installed on interior glass lasts for years without yellowing or lifting. Exterior-facing glass sees more UV, and we will specify accordingly.
